Here’s what you need to know: Once you open the box and charge your Atlas, wear the Atlas on your left wrist just above the ulnar bump (three fingers up) for the most accurate tracking. Hold down the button on the left for about 20 seconds until you get the ATLAS logo. This notifies you that the Atlas is on, and welcomes you to the interface. Read and tap through our quick tips on how to use your Atlas. From the main navigation, you can use the left and right arrows to move through the options: GUIDED WORKOUT MODE FREESTYLE MODE STOPWATCH / CARDIO MODE DEVICE & TIPS To go into a mode, just tap the screen. Here you can see your battery percentage, set power save mode (which is helpful for the ghost touches and swimming), and check out other information about the Atlas. As well as, how to sync, how to edit, side button tips, how to restart the device, and how to charge the device right on the Atlas. TO SYNC: Tap sync icon in Atlas App TO EDIT: Tap underlined numbers SIDE BUTTON TIPS: 1X for Nav Options Double-Click for Watch Mode TO RESTART DEVICE: Hold down side button until display resets TO CHARGE DEVICE: Detach module and plug in USB When not in use, use the last option to POWER OFF the Atlas.
