Running is available in Freestyle and Custom mode and Atlas tracks both running and jogging. Our “Rep” metric gives an estimate of how many strides the user took while walking or running (one Atlas Running Rep is equal to two pedometer steps). You may also track your distance via GPS if you use Google Fit or HealthKit apps. The most common use case to track using running is in Bootcamps or Crossfit. Also, if just going out for a run, we recommend using Heart Rate mode.
