Whether you have to move your Atlas actually depends on the exercise. For things like Squats, Lunges, etc., you do NOT have to move your Atlas. We are able to track those off your wrist. HOWEVER, if you perform Seated Leg Extensions on a machine that isolate the repetition to your legs and away from your wrist, you will need to move the Wristband. We suggest placing the Atlas in your sock. But be sure to turn the NAV off or you will have ghost touches. You can also purchase another wristband and remove the straps so that the mag-lock base is bare. Then thread the mag-lock base through your shoelaces!
