The optimal position for your Atlas is your left wrist about 3 fingers up from the bend in your wrist.
The Atlas completes a rep when your initial motion is repeated. For an unilateral exercise, in many cases, people will plan on exercising both arms or legs. Just track one and your log will show you completed a single activity indicating you worked out both arms. If you are training the same arms or legs, but wanting to track different amounts of weights or reps, you will need to swap the sensor location.
Useful Tip: We have found in some instances it is helpful to provide examples with varying rep counts, i.e., rather than 3 learning sessions with 10 reps each try 3 learning sessions with 6, 8, and 10 reps.
