Shape App Setup & Syncing





App Setup
To set up your Shape with a mobile device, you must first download and install the Atlas Shape App from either the Apple App store or Google Play store.

Connecting the App:
Do not connect via Bluetooth. Sync in the Shape app.
1. Turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile device (if not already on).
2. Open the Shape App on your mobile device.
a. If you are a new member, you will need to create a new account. Be sure to enter your email and information accurately.
b. If you already have an Atlas account, please login with the same username and password.
3. After logging in, tap your profile and then tap “Add Shape Band”.
4. Select the detected SN #. This should match the number of your Shape band.

Note: The Bluetooth pairing is a one-time process. If you would like to connect the band with a different account, you must unpair the existing connection first through the app settings.

Syncing
Your band can sync directly to supported iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth 4.0. After you sync your band to the app for the first time, as long as Bluetooth is enabled in the settings, syncing occurs automatically every time you open the app.

Android
Android 5.0 +

Manual Sync
To initiate a manual sync while the app is already open, tap your Profile, tap Band Settings, tap Sync Now.
