Dashboard: How To Log A Manual Workout

How To Log A Manual Workout:
Login to your Atlas dashboard.
On the top navigation
Click: ACTIVITY
On the left, click + LOG A WORKOUT
Click LOW, MED, or HIGH Intensity
Enter:
Time
Avg / Max HR
Calories
Total Duration
Drag over the exercise
Add Load, and Rest time
Once completed, click the checkmark on the top right for done.
To the left, make sure you click the check mark to save.
Now you manually entered an exercise into your Atlas dashboard!
