Atlas Gold Standard exercises are designed to help you achieve safe form. We do not track every exercise perfectly simply due to the huge spectrum of form every body has.
To enhance your Atlas experience you can customize your exercises in 5 easy steps!
1. Tap your profile picture.
2. Navigate to Exercises.
3. Tap on the exercise you want to customize.
4. Tap Customize on the bottom right corner.
5. Follow prompts on screen to teach Atlas your own form!
Additionally, to improve tracking accuracy, only include exercise you're planning on doing. The fewer exercises in your Exercise List, the less likely the Atlas is to get confused!
